By creating an account or using INVOFILE ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use the Service.
INVOFILE is a software platform that helps businesses in Pakistan create, manage, and submit digital invoices to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) via its licensed integration channels. INVOFILE is a software tool only — it is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal representative, and does not file tax returns on your behalf.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your name, email address, and WhatsApp contact number, and you must confirm that this information genuinely belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all business, tax, and invoice information you submit through INVOFILE, including your NTN/CNIC, sales tax registration status, and invoice line items. INVOFILE transmits the data you provide to FBR's systems as-is; we are not liable for penalties, rejections, or disputes arising from inaccurate or incomplete data you supply.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription plan. Subscription fees are payable in advance via the payment methods listed on our Subscribe page. Plans, pricing, and features may change from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications from us — including email verification codes, account and billing notices, and support messages via WhatsApp using the contact number you provide.
You may not use INVOFILE to submit fraudulent, falsified, or knowingly inaccurate data to FBR; to impersonate another person or business; or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' data.
We store the business, invoice, and contact information you provide in order to operate the Service, including transmitting invoices to FBR on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVOFILE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including tax penalties, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
